H-A-double L-O-W-double E-N

Boo Boo had a fun Halloween. All week he has been saying "Elmo costume, doorbell." And he rang every doorbell all by himself. We went trick or treating with a neighbor who also wanted to ring the doorbells, so sometimes (often) they got rang twice. He said thank you, but what he could not say was "Trick or Treat."

I'm sort of back (or trying to be)

In the last six months, I haven't posted much. I had some traumatic medical issues crop up last spring and spent the summer recovering physically, and part of the fall recovering emotionally. It has been a very hard six or seven months, but I think it's mostly behind me. Without getting into the details here, I just want to take a quick moment to tell my friends C, T, A, B, and R, plus my family thank you for helping me stay sane when I thought I wouldn't see the other side and for forgiving me when I withdrew into myself.

To my blogging/Internet buddies, I have loads of blogs to catch up on. Congratulations are in order to Cagey from Rancid Raves and Jenn from Maniacal Days (in my blogroll), and my friend Stephanie.

I'm going to try and participate in National Blog Posting Month. What is the abbreviation? NaBloPoMo or some such thing? Anyway, I hope to be writing more.
